We are very excited to launch this website and would like to tell you a little bit about ourselves.

Launching this website would not have been possible without the dedication of my wife's brother-in-law Piet, who built this and the flying Dutchmen Movers website from his home in Holland.

Tineke and Kees immigrated to Canada in 1973. We landed in Manitoba and slowly moved west to Alberta, all the while trying to make a living in  the cattle-ranching business. Beside raising 4 great kids we also kept ourselves busy with breeding dogs, most notably border collies. We bred border collies for about 20 years and used them as partners working cattle and sheep.
A few years back we started to travel to the Shuswap and thought it would be nice to bring along a labrador retriever, so we bought Ace, our fox-red male Labrador. Ace is a terrific athlete and has a wonderful temperament and keeps himself busy helping us raise our 5 grandsons.
So, with an empty house my wife thought it would be nice to have some companions in the house, and non-shedding being a requirement after a lot of research we settled on buying Oskar and Jessika, our new Mini-Schnauzers. It could not have been a better move to have Labradors and Mini-Schnauzers together, it's a great combination. We live on a large acreage and go for long walks in the woods, where the dogs give us a lot of laughs.

The dogs are around us all the time and are well trained, of course with our grandsons coming for visits we have an opportunity to evaluate their reactions towards children and so far everybody gets along great playing soccer, playing fetch when camping; yes we take the whole crew camping, and so we feel confident that we would sell you a well adjusted and socialized pup.
